IMUSTERA ("we") respects the privacy of everyone who uses the apps listed below ("our apps"), and handles information with care.

1. Introduction
These apps are made by IMUSTERA, a sole proprietorship in Japan.
These apps are games that use characters and scenes from our app Japanese Folktale Gamebook.
We do not collect any personal information such as your name or email address. There is no text entry field anywhere in our apps.
2. Information we collect
2-1. Usage statistics
Our apps do not collect usage statistics.
No analytics tools, such as Firebase Analytics, are built into these apps. We do not receive information about how often you open the app, how long you play, or what device or operating system you use.
2-2. Information stored on your device
Our apps store the following on your device only.
- Game results, such as your best score and the number of times you have played
- Where you left off, if you stop partway through
- App settings, such as language, vibration, speech, and how the controls work
All of this stays on your device and is never sent anywhere. It is deleted when you remove the app from your device.
3. Speech
Our apps can read what is on the screen aloud.
This uses the speech function built into your device. It is handled entirely on your device and is never sent anywhere.
Our apps do not use the microphone. There is no voice control, and we never ask for permission to use the microphone.
4. Information we do not collect
Our apps never collect any of the following.
- Personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or address
- Location
- Contacts
- Photos or camera data
- Advertising identifiers
- Sound picked up by the microphone
- Usage statistics
Our apps show no advertisements, and collect nothing for advertising purposes.
5. How we use information
The information stored on your device, described in section 2, is used only to:
- let you continue from where you left off
- show your results and records on screen
- keep the settings you have chosen
The app only reads and writes this on your device. We cannot see any of it.
6. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share collected information with anyone.
Our apps do not communicate with any outside service. There is no company or service that receives this information.
7. Use by children under 13
Our apps are made so that children can enjoy them too.
If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before using our apps.
Because we collect no personal information such as names or contact details, we never hold any personal information about a child.
If a parent or guardian contacts us asking for data to be deleted, we will help as far as we are able. Information stored on the device, such as results and settings, is deleted when the app is removed from the device.
